New KHC Program Offers Down Payment Assistance, Opens Doors for Wide Range of Homebuyers
For those would-be Kentucky home buyers for whom a down payment is an obstacle to owning a home, help has arrived. A new Kentucky Housing program allows buyers to combine a down payment assistance loan with zero percent interest, and grant up to $15,000 dollars with great interest rates,(currently 4.25% on a 30 year fixed rate FHA loan) getting them in the door of that new home for much less.
